Diagnostic Overview:
The NTC 0x0E2 will be set when any one of the following conditions occur:
- 1..When Ignition Counter IRV is Greater than or equal to a calibration threshold GmOvrlStMgrLoaStIgnCntrThd Signal Available Fault of NTC 0X0E2 is set and NTC is set to FAILED 
 
Typical Fault Response:
- Response for this diagnostic is F1
Probable Sources (Most to Least Probable):
- –LOA State is equal to Limited or Software Based Mitigation for Calibratable amount of ignition cycles. 
- –Repeated Sensor Fault.
